We were asked to look at all areas of the business including office lighting, external lighting and also storage areas and car parks. The client wanted to replace all office lights as what they had was very expensive to operate and also replace when it failed. All office areas were lit using floor standing up lighters and desk lamps. Car parks and storage lighting was a mix of SON70, 200 and 400 watt light units.

As this was a total update of current lighting and rewire, we not only had to beat a 3 year payback target by the client but we had to also totally change all lighting. We removed all up lights and replaced with our LED Grill Panels as they had a very good quality grid system in the ceiling, this enabled for a fast fix time and was completed with minimal disruption to the client and their day to day running of the business. You will see from the pictures not only was the light level improved but the overall appearance of the office was improved as floor standing up lighters could be removed. We used brand new cabling throughout the installation and fitted the panels with click connectors.

In WC’s we used our New Intelligent Sensor lights to replace the existing 2D fittings. These maximise efficiency by only using the power needed to boost ambient light levels, or to illuminate when occupancy is detected. The improvement in light quality was significant.

In the car parks and warehouse areas we removed all requested lights and replaced with a mixture of 50 and 100 watt LED flood lights and wall lights.
